1. Who is responsible

2. What we receive
Only what you enter yourself in the order form or the trade-pricing form — name, email address, phone, delivery address, company details and your note — and the emails and messages you send us.
3. How it reaches us
The site neither stores your details nor sends them anywhere. The form only writes out the text of an email or WhatsApp message, and you send it yourself from your own mail app or WhatsApp. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also covered by the WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy.
4. What we use it for
- To confirm, fulfil and deliver your order and to answer your questions — performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To issue invoices and keep the accounts — legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them to anyone.
5. Who else sees it
Only as much as each needs: the courier — name, address and phone, to deliver the parcel; our accountant and the tax authorities — invoice details; the bank — payment details.
6. How long we keep it
Order correspondence for as long as the order is being fulfilled and the warranty runs. Accounting documents for 10 years, as Lithuanian law requires.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Your basket is kept only in your own browser and is never sent to us. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page opens.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct or erase it, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form — just email us. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
