1. The seller
Ceilma is a brand of UAB Enrėja. Seller: UAB Enrėja, company code 305123885, VAT number LT100013605712, Kęstučio g. 1 M, Lentvaris, Lithuania. Email airpromasters@gmail.com, phone +370 69 879 858.
2. How the contract is made
You put the order together on this site and send it by email or on WhatsApp. The contract is made when we confirm the order in writing — by email or on WhatsApp — including availability, the delivery cost and the delivery time. Until then the order binds neither side.
3. Prices
Prices are in euro and include 21% VAT. Delivery is not included unless stated otherwise and is confirmed before you pay. Dealer and installer prices apply under a separate agreement.
4. Payment
By bank transfer to UAB Enrėja, account LT31 7300 0101 6430 7895 (Swedbank, AB), quoting the order number as the payment reference. When you collect in Lentvaris you can also pay on collection. Companies receive a VAT invoice; private buyers receive a payment document by email.
5. Delivery
We ship from Lentvaris with DPD, Omniva, Venipak or LP Express, or you can collect the goods yourself. We deliver to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Romania and Czechia, and to other EU countries by arrangement. Vulkan Linear is made in 5–7 days; the delivery time is confirmed with the order. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the buyer when the goods are handed over.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason — an email saying so is enough. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us; the cost of returning them is yours. We refund the price, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your notice, but may wait until the goods are back with us or you have shown that they were sent.
You may inspect the goods, but you are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature and characteristics. The right does not apply to goods made to the buyer's specification — a non-standard length of Vulkan Linear, for example — or to purchases made by businesses.
7. Quality and warranty
Consumers have the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from receiving the goods. If you find a defect, email us with photos. We will repair or replace the item free of charge, and where that is not possible reduce the price or refund it, as the law provides. For business buyers the warranty terms are agreed separately.
8. Disputes and governing law
Please come to us first — we try to settle things quickly. Consumers can also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lt). The contract is governed by Lithuanian law; this does not take away the protection a consumer has under the mandatory law of the country where they live.
